I was amazed to find that the rare cassette only "5 New Songs" sold on ebay for $501! It is something that I don't own, but have long wanted. I'm just stunned at the price! Wow! Is it known how many copies were made of this? | ||

I don't know, but that is a whopping sum. I have a bootleg CD dub of it. Unfortunately, you can hear the tape drift out-of-alignment with the tape heads about 20-seconds into the first song and the fidelity is muffled from there forward. Not to pick at old scabs, but I do wish the reissue program had included all the various versions of Go-Betweens songs, including the full cassette in question. |
