i tried to contact the store several times by return e-mail to my order confirmation mail which i received from them, but no reply received until now. reason: i received some goods, but not all. now nearly four weeks have gone. i think they have just forgotten to put it into the package. does anyone know why those guys did not reply to an inquiry? or could anyone gave me a contact address or similar? thanks in advance many greetings | ||

does nobody could give me some information how i can contact the store? the contact form on the web-site doesn't work on my pc, so that i only have that order confirmation e-mail to reply. | ||

Hmmm. Tried to send a message on your behalf, but got this error message too. Bad Referrer - Access Denied The form attempting to use this script resides at http://www.gobetweensstore.co.uk/contact.html, which is not allowed to access this program. If you are attempting to configure FormMail to run with this form, you need to add the following to @referers, explained in detail in the README file. A couple of months ago, I got the same message as Andrew every time I tried to send a message to the store via the form, and I think I let Jonathan know at the time...of course, he's not the one running it. But is anyone running it? Not to sound snotty, but has anyone successfully purchased items from the store yet? | ||

yep - I ordered live in London pretty much as soon as the store started and despite New Zealand not being amongst the shipping options the cd turned up not long after - that was a wee while ago ( a few months) though...pretty happy to have that cd | ||

it seems that this is a andrew/andreas related thread (o.k. except kurt).... but, folks, thanks for yr. replies. yes, i got the same bad referrer message on the screen. but it seems that their is a happy end: today i got a message from the store. the item is apparently lost and they will send me a new one. thanks to you and thanks to the store. many greetings andreas |
