Hi y'all, The sun is out, and I've just finished playing The Very Best of The Beach Boys, just wanted to share my happiness with you all my online friends, my group The Winnebago Orchestra got a 3 star review in the new Uncut for our soon to be released album 'Fifteen', can't believe it, at least I think 3 stars is good! Have a great wekend all. Kev, don't work too hard!! |

Spence, 3 stars is indeed good. However, I thought the review was poorly written, although Chris Roberts has never really been noted for his elegant prose! Is bipolar a compliment, I really have no idea? The references to the Wurzels and cider were lost on me. ps- how do you know I am working nightshift tonight, is there a hidden talent you want to share with us? |

Nice one, Spence. *** is a big thumbs up. Multi-instrumentalist eh!!! It's like one of our own has been made. When's it coming out? |

Congrats, Spence - that's great news. Uncut doesn't give out 3 stars lightly. I'm going to go out and buy it. Just so's I make sure I get the right one, who's on the cover? |

Hardin, its the one with The Stone Roses on the front cover. It just came out in the UK yesterday, how long does it take to reach your side of the world normally? |

Cheers guys! Yeah the review was written a bit funny, I do tend to like CR's writing though he does get a bit intellectual on ma ass! Kev, I think Bipolar reference to the fact that our album is a bit acousticy and prose one moment then a little bit not knowing what it is the next. Even I admit that. i am proud of it though. We are starting the next album tomoro in fact, recording 9am in Rugeley in the heart of Staffordshire. Our new stuff is qite amazing actually, and it takes a lot to get me going!!! Jerry its out end of May, you should be able to get it most places, its on tuition the pan euro label for GB's and Roddy Frame. Hardin thanks mate. Its a red cover, my ugly mug is at the foreground. Hope you all like it. PS Kev, justr figured you mite be working as you mentioned it when I was posting one weekend! (you see that plant in the corner!!!) Listen, cheers guys I'm gone, see y'all Monday. |
