yet another one gone - nothing confirmed yet but the reggae message boards are buzzing, and i know he was said to be seriously ill recently. i said a few months ago that it was now getting to the stage that we would see at least one high profile singer/musician die every month. sadly, october hasnt been great, first solomon burke, then ari up, and now the "cool ruler" |

listening this morning to "the best of, vols 1&2". the titles a bit misleading, they are all great songs but they were all recorded for one producer, alvin ranglin on the gg label. so a more appropriate title would be "the best of the gg years, vols 1&2" |
