He sure produced a ton of movies, most of them not very memorable though. Too be fair I haven't watched a lot of his lesser known Italian films. He did produce a couple that would rate 10 stars though(Nights of Cabiria, La Strada) that I have watched.

Will always be grateful to him for one reason: he hired David Lynch to direct Dune and took final cut away from him...BUT, he then gave Lynch the money to make Blue Velvet.
