This is great. I think these kids may have heard a Go-Betweens album or two in their time. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lVGLaC33r _M I believe the video was shot in Surry Hills at the little park near where the Hopetoun used to be. (Either that, or some other Sydney park burned into my mind). |

It's a nice record; very Grant. I'm glad they've teamed up together. It makes sense. The album apparently isn't available until June. |

Huh. That song is kind of surprisingly not bad. I only wish Grant had played leads like that one that starts 46 seconds in on the mk II Go-Betweens albums. Reminds me a bit of something you'd expect from him back in the 80s. |

Hey, it's a fine pop song. Very Grant, indeed. Adele sings well. The video has its fair share of Postcard nods, at least in my imagination: lying on the grass with sunglasses and a semi acoustic guitar. (The pictures on the 7" labels on the OJ single(s).) |

There is also a video advert for the album on vimeo, with snippets of several songs - out on Glitterhouse in Europe, it says. http://vimeo.com/36588671 |

The album is out now. I bought it last night and it's great. It's a mere $12.98 in Red Eye in Sydney! Those of you in not Sydney can order it online for the same price at www.redeye.com.au |

It seems available also in Europe. Amazon, Rough Trade, etc. and probably in the remaining record shops. |

This is a great record! What I really like about it is its variety. None of the songs sound alike to my ears, yet they all are held together with a Go-Betweens-like vibe. |

Yes, it's a fine album. Tomorrow Today is my favourite song - could've been a hit for Buddy Holly back in those days. Grey Suits is also great (I hear a Lou Reed influence). Happiness is also a stand-out. And I agree with Austin, it's variety makes a fun listening. Bought the download via eMusic. |

Adele's The Light That Guides You Home came up on iTunes now. It's a great song, which isn't on the album. |
