Are any of you familiar with an Australian singer called Kate Anderson? She had a wonderful song called Beautiful Vision on a compilation called Nu-Music Sampler in 1991. Other than that one song I've never been able to find out a single thing about her. I presume she did not end up having a career in music. Another brilliant song on that compilation was a power pop track called Freerider / I Know The Truth About You by The Calling. Again, I've never been able to find out a thing about them since. I know it's a long shot, but any info on either of these would be appreciated. | ||

No Cichli, though it does sound very Irish. A mate of mine described it the other day in a text to me as "like a really brilliant Clannad song". He's right, though I had not considered it like that before (and I do love some of Clannad's stuff). Thanks for replying though - I had a dread of this being a no reply thread! |
