Hi James, as far as I know, no, they didn't. It's a complete rip-off, but Milky tweaked it enough that it was not considered to be a direct steal/borrow. | ||

James, I hope you see this, because I was wrong. It turns out The Go-Betweens fought that case and won. Robert and Grant's estate get a percentage of the publishing on the Milky song. |
