Are there any differences between the editions? Wondering if it matters which version I pick up. | ||

Hi Paul, yes, there is a special limited deluxe edition out incl. a 4-track 10" vinyl with otherwise unreleased songs. This is a numbered edition of 500 which is signed by Robert! It is very hard to find and expansive. Have a nice day, Andreas, | ||

I have three editions. The first was published by Black Inc. in 2009 and reprinted the following year. Then there is the hardback version limited edition that came with the 10” EP. Finally, a version by Jawbone Press which came out in 2011. They are all different. I think there are pieces which appear in the first one but not later editions. The Jawbone Press version contains pieces that aren’t in the boxed version. | ||

The special limited deluxe edition is still for sale on the foreli website. I remember when it came out and Robert played his 15 songs about London set in Camden to launch it. It was £80, which I found excessive at the time. I don't generally pass anything by RF by, but did so on that occasion. I remember someone in the queue buying 5 or 6 copies. Anyhow, just to illustrate how swanky Foreli are, they are now flogging the deluxe edition for £150 on their site. Maybe Foreli bought the 5 or 6 copies from themselves so they could flog them later at an inflated profit. |
