Sounds like the name of a bar or hotel to me. Literary, of course, it's something like "breeze of (through?) the palm tree."

For a very long time I thought that line referred to "the greasy Della Palmer". I thought she must have been a right unsavoury character.

Ah! The misheard line. Recently I was listening to VU's "Stephanie Says" and realized that the line is "what country shall I say is calling from across the world?" I always thought it was "what country shall I say is calling from across the room?" I like that much better.

I thought it was a bar that was "Breezy". Surely a draught excluder would come in handy.
Either that or "Brisy", short for Brisbane. Not sure how you spell it.
