I just read in the New York Times that more chips are consumed in the US today than any other day of the year. Personally, I'm enjoying the day. Slept in a bit, read the paper (saw the chips article!), getting ready to walk the dogs, then off to a party. In other words, celebrating my country's struggle for freedom by being a complete sloth.
