Just spotted this on the Hotpress website. It's apparrently a one-off show. Her US tour, about to start looks interesting. There's a bit of a "Four Ages" vibe to part of it. Hey cool, Catherine. I'll be attending her show here at the Wiltern in L.A. The "age of Lucinda" she'll be playing that night will be the eponymous album, with the black and white photo and red lettering. We tried to get tickets to the "Car Wheels" night but they sold out quicker than you can say, "Slidell". No matter though - I think the eponymous show will be great to see - those songs on it don't seem to make it into her live show much. There's also a second set, featuring songs from "West", as well as other material from her entire oeuvre. The tickets were a mere $35. A bargain in this day and age... We'll have to trade reviews... | ||

You definitely got a bargain, LK. My ticket cost €45 - over $60! It'll be worth it though. I don't have a whole lot of her albums, certainly not the eponmyous one. (another gap to be filled). Now we wait! |
