And so Christmas is almost over. Much too much to eat and drink . . . . And then the seriously dodgy TV. Drifting off to sleep in front of an innocuous/bland/simple one off TV comedy-drama called bike squad that my 10 year old son (the bad dad sent him to bed, but recorded the end of) loved in all its maturity. You know the kind of thing if you are are a Brit, it's full of incidental music, mainly pick by numbers 90s indy tracks . . . anyway as if from nowhere came a version of Finding You. It's not something I recognise - I am pretty sure it wasn't the Ed Kuepper from Love Goes On. Does anyone else know of a version? Anyway - I'd love to know whether the use of the track was put in by a fan (like the refernces in 24) or whether it was a predictable use of a tune that someone just happened to come across. Good job it wasn't the original which still makes me cry |
