Forster in playing a gig of all Velvet Underground covers Sept. 12 at the Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, PA. Is this Forster's first appearance in Pittsburgh? I'm not sure if the Go-betweens ever played there. If I bring a couple of Go-betweens cds, do you think he would sign them before or after the show? With Grant's death, I'm not sure if he would be willing to sign a Go-betweens cd,and I don't own any Forster solo cds for him to autograph. | ||

I wouldn't think he'd have any problem signing a GBs CD, Keith. He strikes me as very nice and approachable, and I'm sure he's quite proud of the band's work. And I'm jealous of your good fortune. It's starting to look like Chicago's getting the old flyover on this tour. |
