I would've let the sucker stand up there all by himself. But yeah, you know I'm all for legalized prostitution, but when you spend so much energy fighting things like prostitution and you wind up being caught having paid over 5K for a prostitute, that's gotta be pretty embarrassing. On another note, I'm kind of sick of illegal or adulterous sex being the ONLY things politicians are indicted for. It's like, think about everything W Bush has done to the world, and ya know, he doesn't even have to apologize. And yet when a politician's troubled personal life bubbles over into the public sphere, he gets nailed and we all get to watch him squirm. I know I'm stating the obvious, but the priorities of this country are so freaking backwards! | ||

Just saw in the news that he resigned this morning. I guess the thing that's really annoying about it is that couldn't he have waited 'til next year or something? I mean, being an election year and all, this is *not* the time for Democrats to go around plonking prostitutes and getting caught. | ||
