Don't know if anyone else has mentioned this, but there's a peachy personal remembrance by Robert in the current issue of Magnet magazine about the events leading up to the recording of "Rachel Worth". There's also a great piece, for those who care, about Ray Davies. |

Thanks! I picked it up yesterday. Good article, and I love the Rachel Worth album. It's strange though, that this two pages of Forster/Gbs exhibit does not make one tiny word on the cover? There are approx. 20 different artist/band namnes printed on the front page/cover, but no RF/GBs. That might say something about the (lack of?) animal magnetism that RF/Gbs are supposed to have on the audience? (I mean: I would have grabbed the magazine immediately if it had spelled out "Robert Forster on TFORW".) |

Excellent point. I only found the article through an excess of time to kill and a big, frothy machiatto to finish consuming. Good article, huh? The way Forster talks about Grant asking him to re-form the band almost sounds like a courtship, which I guess it was, in a way. |
