It occurred to me that, with Jetset Records no longer existing. "The Friends of Rachel Worth" is probably no longer in print. Are new fans going to once again find themselves in the position of having to hunt for OOP albums just to complete their collections? Given that there are not going to be any more Go-Betweens albums, I wonder what the odds are on the three reformation albums being re-released in 2CD format. There were a few pretty good b-sides from those albums, esp. the digital-only tracks from "Oceans Apart" which never saw a physical release. |

I'm sure it will happen some day Lawrence. Oceans Apart certainly needs a proper remastering job... but let's not get into all that again. |

I recently noticed that Amazon has the 2002 2-disc reissues of SMAL and Before Hollywood listed as unavailable new. Guess that means those are officially out of print as well? Speaking of OA, I still have not heard any of those non-LP tracks released from that time. |

actually, recently i've seen more copies than ever of TFORW in australian record stores, very off. you've put the fear of god into me jeff, definitely time i stopped being such a miser and picked up the last couple of reissues i'd never forked out for. |
