Oh man, that has to be the most perfect setting for a Robert Forster show!

And why do people who read Dostoevsky always look like Dostoevsky?!!!

Looks like the most fantastic of places for such a wonderful bunch of stars to play, great slideshow, THIS is the place for shows isn't it!?, was it this bright throughout the whole night?
Total opposite to somewhere like Oxford Academy that feels like a dingy ex strip club affair...

Now I really wished I'd gone. Love the dramatic B&W pic of Robert. Brilliant!

Thanks Andrew. He's such a tremendously honest and sincere guy our Robert.

Its amazing isn't it, technology, it must be unreal and creatively, so rewarding to be a student and produce this kinda stuff and put it in your portfolio or present it at your critique. I suppose if this had of been me twenty years ago doing this, y'know interviewing Robert, it would have been similar to art students who may have interviewed/filmed Andy Warhol in the 60's/70's. When I was at art college you had to take out insurance in 1984 to loan the gigantic VHS recorder for the day, that's when it was available. Then you had to wait in a an endless queue to show it to your art class, as the player was always elsewhere, and there's no way we could afford one at home, hmmphh!

That's the right word: Amazing.

That is my favourite Evangelist song. It works well acoustic, too.

I like the b/w library pictures. Hopefully the team filmed the whole show :-)

Another great link to the Lancaster gig. Thank you so much.

If I remember rightly, didnt Robert say during this gig that next visit he would do a library tour ..now there's a nice thought.

Bring it on!

...I know this is late, have been in heavy work mode with projects with my 'earner'.
The Lancaster slide show is just fantastic, thank you thank you, also my favourite track off The Evangelist is 'Did She Overtake You', thank you Andrew for providing this gem of an interview.

This board is amazing, think I will start with Calling From a Country Phone tonight and work thru the shiraz that awaits...

Thank you for the reminder of that lancaster video, Andrew - I saw it when it went up on Robert's site a couple of weeks ago and it was just enjoyable watching it again last night.

I must try to remember to watch it again in a couple of weeks!
