I saw that, man, and got a kick out of it. It demonstrates, if nothing else, EC's complete lack of snobbery. I thought you were alluding to the Colbert Christmas special, which premiered last night and was fairly outstanding. It included Elvis, as well as (St.) Nick. And, it had a stunning group rendition of "What's So Funny Bout Peace, Love and Understanding", including, I kid you not, EC, Toby Keith, Willie Nelson, Feist, John Legend and Colbert himself. |
