The guy was a kindly soul, I first remember seeing him on a programme in the 70's, called Vision On, a programme that was pretty visionary, as it was for deaf people, I loved it. It was an art programme, very creative, people would send their own art, to be shown 'in the gallery' that had some really cool lounge music as a soundtrack I seem to remember. Some of the programme titles used to freak me out as a 7 year old. But at the Heart of it was Hart. Tony Hart. He was an artist. he reminded me of my art school tutors, he just went for it. But Tony did so in a gracious, genteel type way. I dunno, I can't explain why, but I loved the guy. Its that influence as a kid aspect I suppose.

100% agree with you, I don't think I could draw the curtains, but it was essential viewing. I don't know if he left everything to Morph though.
