This is GREAT!
I remember talking to Russell about it the day they had recorded it. It was supposed to go on the Grant tribute album. The guy who released the album never did give a satisfactory reason here as to why it was not included, especially since, unlike some other on the album, Kilbey actually worked with Grant.
I remember seeing one of the first (I'm sure someone here will claim it WASN'T the first!)gigs of Jack Frost at the Sydney Town hall in about 1990(?), supporting They Might Be Giants. They played The Wrong Road with Grant and Steve taking alternate lead vocals on alternate verses - magic!

Wow, that's really cool Geoff. I never would have guessed that Jack Frost did live gigs. I assumed it was just a studio side-project for the both of them and nothing more. Any recollection of who backed them to fill out the band?

From memory, Randy, it was just 2 blokes and 2 acoustic 12 strings but I could be wrong! It was a long time ago. The only other thing I really remember of the night was one of the TMBG guys seemingly using his pickup on his batted tele as a microphone!
