I think if would be great if Robert would release a live albums from each year of the 80's tours. I've got a few boots from the 80's in addition to some 1999-2005 live concerts but there must be some great soundboard recordings from the classic line-ups that he has. I'm sure we would all love to have officially released soundboard versions with some cool Forster, Vickers, Morrison and Brown liner notes and photos. |

A nice idea Michael, however I think it would be up to the committed fan to probably undertake such a mammoth project. it can be done though. on a much smaller level, I helped Paul Haig from Josef K and a guy called Allan Laing (JK obsessive) about 5 years ago put together two Josef K gigs, recorded from a tape player!! it was called Live at valentino's. Many people said itwas their very best performance in '81. |

Michael, your idea sounds great. I hope Robert will read it and take it into consideration. I'm thinking to 1983-1989 gigs. A boxset with 6-8 CDs would certainly make sense, even from a commercial point of view. This site could be a supporter of the project, why not? All the best Andrea |
