Chords for Hot water

(C, Em, Am--hover on the Am--then F) then start over at C, Em, Am, F, Am, Dm for the middle 8, the song switches to major key: G, F, C, then it transitions back to the minor key: G, F, Am, Dm. Then back to the verse. Hopefully my explanation makes sense.
