Here is the "David Bowie and The Story of Ziggy Stardust" programme via Youtube for those who cannot access BBC iPlayer.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=myjdpSUEH yY

It wasn't bad, pity Bowie didnt contribute himself though.

Just before I went to work on Friday night I said to my daughter that there was a Bowie night on BBC4 and she should watch it. I got the usual "yeah, ok Dad" look, translated as "ok I'll humour you, but I'm not watching that!!"
Anyway, on Saturday morning I asked her if she had watched it and she said she had. Later the Ziggy Stardust album could be heard playing in her room, and this morning she was playing the ChangesOneBowie compilation.
Seems like the ice is melting!
