I've just discovered that David Nichols' biography of The Go-Betweens was updated last year to include an epilogue covering the death of Grant McLennan. Has anyone here got this edition?

6 1/2 pages of epilogue. Virtually identical to the 2nd edition. Different coloured cover and different quotes on it.
