Robert had mentioned on Facebook that there is a repressing of G Stands for Go-Betweens Volume 1 to be announced for pre-orders by Domino in early July, but I have not seen it mentioned anywhere else, not even on this forum. Anyone have any ideas? I did not have the money to buy it first time round, but I'd like to this time. |

There’s mention of it on stevehoffman.tv. I’m quite surprised but the asking prices on Discogs are huge. I guess all of Grant’s books will be gone by now |

Grant's books went ages ago!! And yes, I was shocked at the prices of Discogs. I'm glad I got all three box sets as soon as they come out - it's the collector in me. The latter two are bordering on the affordable, but not the first box set. |

If anyone is interested Happy All Hallow's Eve, everybody. Pre-order links are now live for the final pressing of Volume 1 For the world ex-EU countries: https://www.dominomusic.com/releases/the -go-betweens/g-stands-for-go-betweens/bo x-set If you live in the EU: https://thegobetweens.krasserstoff.com/ If you’re wondering why we split the "store” in such a fashion, it was to ensure that the box would be as affordable to our EU friends as possible. One of the many unfortunate aftereffects of Brexit was a dramatic increase in shipping and customs tax on higher-priced items, which we all found out the hard way with volume 3 (the first two were released pre-Brexit). So, we wanted to find a solution to bring those costs down and this was the most appropriate solution with our new friends at Krasser Stoff (thanks to Michael and Ulrike for helping sort this out). |
