An update from the 'Striped Sunlight Test Kitchens' - Here is a correction on the chord progression, because I realized something this morning based on the harmonica passage starting on the fifth of a chord built on the second fret. Thanks Elizabeth for that! You've got a good ear and I've enjoyed playing this one. Another Forster classic! For anyone else who is interested in playing this song on the guitar, as Elizabeth has alluded to in her final posting it can be played in the key of C with chord shapes Am Em & A (in the chorus), and as most of you would know, if you put a capo on the 2nd fret then it would be in key of D. I think it sounds OK in C but the intro sounds better in D (that is my basic intro of alternating with the 9th). I'm gonna paste the whole song below, it looks a bit messy in this window so you'll have to space the chords out to match the words. Enjoy!!
