I've seen the odd request on here for GB's guitar tab - I've worked out a fair bit over the years but never got round to writing them down, til now. Here's Dive for your Memory. I'll do some more if anyone's interested. This is played mostly with barre chords ie Dm on 5th fret, D#maj7 on the 6th. Open C on the chorus tho'. Apologies for the dots but it was the only way I could get the chords in the right places to post it on here!

F..........................Dm
If the cliffs were any closer

D#maj7................. Bb
If the water wasn’t so bad

F......................C
I’d dive for your memory

Bb......................F
In the rocks and the sand

F.............Dm
I’d dive for you

D#maj7...............Bb
Like a bird I’d descend

F ................Dm
Deep down I’m lonely

D#maj7............Bb
And I miss my friend

(chorus)

F.....................C
And when I hear you say

F................... Bb
That we stood no chance

F ......................C
I’ll dive for your memory

C
We stood that chance

I second that. Do you have the 'Love Goes On' chords? Never quite been able to get the chorus right in that.

Actually guys I spotted a (small) mistake in the tab! I'll correct it and re-post tomorrow.....I fancied doing 'By Chance' and/or 'People Say' next?

Love Goes On! goes along the lines of (from memory - I don't have a guitar to hand to confirm this) the following.

Verse:
Am Em
There's a cat...
Bm C
Dreaming of Birds...
G Em
Sometimes Girl...
D C
This is how..

Chorus:
Dm Am
Ba-da-ba-ba-ba-da-da-ba
F C
Love Goes On Anyway

Em F Am (x 3)
I'm gonna make you happy

If you`re in the UK you can walk into The Works discount bookshop and find the chords to `Streets..` and other indie classics in a guitar songbook for £4.99. I was very surprised when flicking through it and it jumped out at me!!!

Thanks for the 'Love Goes On' chords. I can now play it the whole way through without bluffing it when the chorus comes in!

On the Roddy Frame site they have a whole area dedicated to guitar tabs. Might be an idea for here, Jonathan...?
