The reason I'm asking is because while I have no problem accessing and reading from this site on my iPhone, I can't ever manage to post anything. I'm wondering if it is due to the accent over the first a in my name, or if it is because I'm possibly the last person in the world still using an iPhone 2.

I may be the last person in the world without a mobile phone. Or any form of mobile 'device'.

My childrens' seem to be permanently glued to their hands.

In my opinion it all went downhill after the invention of the wheel. Or maybe the discovery of fire ?

Andrew! My hero! An IT guy without a mobile!

Jeff Whiteaker doesn't have one either, unless he's caved after moving to Bratislava.

I do have one because I find it useful; in fact indispensable when overseas. It also serves as my clock. But I had to "train" those folks I know who have a phobia of time spent alone NOT to call me.

I have a mobile but just use it for texts and phoning, mainly its answering texts from my daughter to be her "on demand" taxi

Mobiles come into their own in emergencies, though. When a dog attacked my own mutt out in the hills the other day I was able to call up a taxi and get to the vet in double quick time. Otherwise it would have been a hell of a long walk with a shivering, bloody beagle in my arms! Another good use is to let the wife know which pub I'm in while her shopping spree stretches towards eternity.

David, in Word, go to the Insert tab, then to the Symbol tag, and you will find the á there.
