Happy New Year everybody! I'm luxuriating in the aura of some new space heaters I acquired for my entirely unheated back house, where I also have cobbled together a mostly vintage (but renovated) sound system intended for recording work but also a very fine listening system. And lest it spoil I am finishing off the third of a 2009 bottle of Bradisismo Veneto Rosso left over from dinner the other night with a friend who should now be in the air over Nevada on his way to London. While I'd really like to be on that plane with him, as a consolation this is a fine New Year's day indeed! | ||
