Yes, it's a bit early, but this year has been an extraordinary one for music. It's years, maybe decades since there was such a strong 12 months for music. Putting this together, I was surprised how mellow most of it is. Maybe it's to do with getting older, or maybe it's just the music that was released this year. Probably a bit of both. Have you heard the Lankum album? they've just had some year, they play 2 sold out nights in Vicar St in a week or so.
