Hey if any of you are looking for something to do before rocking up at the Gov on Friday night, head over to Melbourne Street (Artistic License Gallery).
It's the opening night of an exhibition featuring my new works (contemporary oils on canvas). Starts at 7pm.
I can't believe it's on the same night as the main men though.
Say hello if you turn up.. you'll know which one is me by the strange tie.
Your worst opening line will be "hey guess who's going to the Go-betweens and who isn't" (Grrrr....) Anyway, we'll see... guess it depends on timing and if the gig is sold out or not.
Hey, wouldn't it be cool if Robert or Grant turned up... yeah, dream on Leith.

There's some info on the exhibition along with a swag of pics of my work at www.leithomalley.com

The "Red Dust Girl" series was actually painted listening to a cocktail of The Go-betweens, Tom Waits(Alice) and Coltrane (ok, a little wine as well). So blame the lads.

Anyway, the invites out there so please say hi if you make it, then part company.

Cheers!
Leith.
