Hi Matthias

I just searched for "Calling From a country phone" on gemm.com, amazon.de and amazon.do.uk and there were copies to be had, may be you could look in those places?

Best,

Adrian

And DO get it, Matthias. I just finished raving at tedious length about "Country Phone" on the wrong thread.

I ordered CFACP from Amazon. Thanks for the suggestion. I got it newly used for $10.00.

Can't wait to join in the discussions about what is considered his finest solo outing (better than Danger???)

OK, I received Country Phone in my mailbox on Friday.

And I have to say after a Luke Warm Nights, I'm certainly impressed with Country Phone. There are several tracks on here that remind me of Coen Brothers movies. They could make a soundtrack out of most of the album. Anybody know them and could pass it along?

I want to be Quiet is so weird it could be in the Big Lebowski.

I really like Altanta Lie Low (Interesting choice for a lead track) and 121 is brilliant and so full band for me since I only heard it acoustic on the 1999 grant and robert re-union tour.

Cats Life is another weird one for a Coen Film.

Very listenable. Anyone know where the inner sleeve photo is from? Looks pretty.

I'm a few steps behind you, Matthias...I just won an eBay auction and am getting "Country Phone" in the mail soon. Glad to hear you like it and find it an improvement over "Warm Nights." I already know "Cat's Life" and like it a lot--if the rest of the album is as good or better, I'll be happy.
