Spence- GoBs albums are pretty widely available in major UK record stores and the usual internet sites - none are deleted and there have been two reissues of their catalogue in the last few years, the most recent with bonus tracks.

The Bellavista bonus CD you refer to came with initial pressings of the record. It comprises of two radio sessions with with an LA radio host who was a fan of the band.
The first, from 1988 is just Robert and Grant acoustic playing killer versions of Quiet Heart and Rock and Roll friend.
It's followed by a similar session a year earlier with material from Tallulah plus Cattle and Cane.
There's some interesting interaction between the band esp Amanda who obviously doesn't always agree with Robert's choice of song!
This CD might be harder to track down - ebay might be the best bet.

That's Live On Snap With Deirdre O'Donahue. You will probably find it cheap on Amazon marketplace.

I got my copy direct from Beggars Banquet mail order - but the website says it is currently sold out. There are links to samples of it though.
