No idea of whether or not it's a bonafide b-side, but I love "I need two heads".

And Jerry, where does one find this "Stone and Erotic Sunshine" you speak of? Sounds a little like a Prince song.

I can't believe no one has mentioned "Karen" yet! Far superior to its A-side.

Hardin - I think "I need two Heads" is technically the A-side, but "Stop Before you Say" certainly counts (and is a pretty cool song too).

I also agree that Karen is vastly superior to its A-side.

"Stone" and the other song "Erotic Sunshine" were the 'b' sides to "Here comes a City" when it was released on iTunes.

I don't know if they are available anywhere else.

By Chance... the Melbourne-recorded version that's the B-side to 'Hammer The Hammer' is a lovely song, as is the flip to 'Your Turn, My Turn,' 'World Weary.'

"The City of Lights" is one of my favourite Go-Betweens songs ever. I'll go along with the votes for "This Girl, Black Girl" while I'm here as well.

Ulrich, I think I got them from the Go-Betweens' UK label website. Brain's gone blank and can't remember the name right now!

City Of Lights is a wonderful song.

I love 'Just a King in mirrors' too - I think it's my favourite Grant B-side. On the subject does anyone actually have an mp3 of the b-side version (which I feel was stronger than the released demo version) out there as it was never released on cd. If so I'd be eternally grateful if you could e-mail it to me. I've got the record of it but never had the technology (or capability -ed) to figure how to record to cd format.
