I amused myself on the bus this morning by making up a song called Katie Melua Makes Me Wanna Smoke Crack. I was grinning like the village idiot long before we got to the Harbour Bridge! Just seeing her picture in Word magazine was enough to have me lost in a Class A munching reverie.

Jamie Cullum has the same affect on me. Who makes you wanna smoke crack?

What I wanna know is, why did they try to make Mr Blunt look like Tim Buckley on the front cover of his album?

Pete Doherty, but then he is a bad influence. What's more he'd probably sell me some.
Robbie Williams, I'd like to crack him on the chin.

I saw the wee little object of scorn when he appeared on a cancelled US TV show (Love Monkey)and was struck by how little he is...He's a tiny little James Blunt (if I'm using the rhyming slang correctly)...

I thought he was supposed to be a real babe magnet...maybe it's the musician thing...reminds me of Eddie Murphy's routine (back when he was funny) about how being a singer allowed "even a big fat fried chicken-eating MF like Luther Vandross (RIP) to get all the p___y he wanted...".

In Luther's case, that wouldn't be very much.

Isn't Springsteen really tiny?

Oooh...evil joke that even I was afraid to make, but true that...I actually met Springsteen backstage in the 70's and he did seem tiny, at least shorter than my modest 5'10". But now, he at least looks taller - maybe all that iron he's pumped has forced him to quit hunching and to walk more erect...or maybe he's had spine extensions...they do that in L.A. don't they? Bruce could certainly afford it...
