Down by the Water - The Decemberists I thought this (and a couple of others) sounded suspiciously like Peter Buck's jangle and apparently it is! This bodes very well for the new R.E.M. album. The snippet of a song from the new album that I've heard sounds MOST promising too. More of the guitars that got me into them in the first place. About time they rediscovered their strengths (1st 4 albums) and stopped rediscovering their weaknesses (Monster). Long live the jingle jangle!!!!! | ||
