Where does Health Spa come from

Sounds goodr on the mp3 sample but its not on any of my singles. It was never officially released. I have a live recording of the song that I downloaded off the net a couple of years ago but I can't wait to hear the whole song in full sonic clarity. As far as I know, the song has never been officially released in any form before. One of my favourites of the bonus disk tracks! I have a bootleg version from a gig I went to.
