That's a goodun, certainly...and I don't know if they still have it, but their raspberry ginger ale was pretty lipsmacking as well. Has that got aspartame? I've become a bit leery lately due to all the stuff about how toxic that s--t is and how you'd be better off just drinking the sugared stuff. |

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chinotto drank it ever since i was a kid. don't care much for the san pelle. version, but here in australia coca cola/amitel produces the "bisleri" brand which i just can't pass up. great with gin too....for all of those true bitter-fiends! not sure that anyone who isn't a migrant or direct descendent of drinks it, but i can definitely recommend it to anyone slightly interested. |

Ever since Kevin wrote about it a couple years ago, I've wanted to try Irn Bru. Our local sodas are all poisoned with high fructose corn syrup instead of proper sugar. |

irn bru is fantastic....but what i will say is that it tastes nothing like what it looks like. a slightly diluted cream (vanilla flavoured?) soda does the job reasonably nicely i think. i'm mad for the stuff...the candy equivalent is quite something too. also makes for a hearty mixer! |

I pretty much stopped drinking them years ago. Dr. Pepper, Sqirt or a good root beer were my favs back in the day. |
