Just announced!! Robert: "Due to the success of the first one I've decided to put out a second volume made up of leftovers. If one wants to keep on in this fast-paced media world one must play the game according to the rules, and so..." Not really, of course...the first thread was just getting very hard to load. |

I've ordered the vinyl copy it really gets in your bones so to speak. Re Chritstagau ( whatever his name is) In my opinion the were both great and Robert has done in my opinion some great songs recently as well you can't split them, though of late I've found Roberts song have more depth and substance. But that might be my aging brain. He also, as Kevin has said, written the greatest GBs LP solo or combines i.e DITP. |

More possible titles for the inevitable sequel: "Son of Evangelist" "Evangelist Harder" "Evangelister & Evangelisterer" "Evangelistas!: South of the Border" |

Ewan, very nice. Take some Scotch out of petty cash. Allen, you'll have to stick with beer (the petty cash is running low). |

More news: Robert is in talks with director Michael Bay (Transformers, Bad Boys) to do a video version of the album. Bay: "The original album had kind of a downer ending, but that actually works for a sequel. We're putting together a story where Robert travels into the land of shadows, kicks Death's ass and brings Grant back to life. I've already got some killer ideas for the sets." |

I liiiiike it! Sort of Bad Boys meets Dirty Dancing... Nobody'll put this baby in a corner! Do you have a spec script? I'll have my girl call your girl and maybe we can do lunch with my producer friend at the Ivy and get this thing greenlighted and out of turnaround. |

OK, as long as you get six hookers to my door my nine tonight, you've got a deal. Not one hooker less. And hey, Robert is kinda worried that he's not going to be able to finish some of the songs in time...y'think we need to find him a new writing partner? How about Jim Steinman, he's free, isn't he? Diane Warren, maybe? |

I'd love to hear a Robert Forster / Jim Steinman co-write. Not so much with Diane Warren. |

I can imagine it now, Padraig: "Paradise By the Languid Harbor Lights." Robert would have to undergo a lobotomy to do a co-write with Diane Warren. |
