To celebrate thier new album the band will be coming in to London to play a concert at The Shepherds Bush Empire on 14th May. There will be a limited edition version of Oceans Apart available to buy with a bonus disc which features live tracks recorded at their sold out Barbican concert on June 27th 2004. The bonus disc contains the following live tracks: 1. People Say 2. He Lives My Life 3. The Wrong Road 4. When People Are Dead 5. Streets Of Your Town. I came to almost the same conclusion - but I thought Statue and Lavender could go either way. | ||

Duncan H I agree entirely with your predictions! I know 100% that Finding You is GM's because I heard them play it live on Xfm a few months ago: very good song - along similar lines to Stones For You. | ||

What is the lyrical content of these new songs? Darlinghurst is an inner city suburb of Sydney. My atlas tells me that Delray is a beach near Miami, Florida. Any other clues? | ||

I wonder if we will ever see a new Go-Betweens album with more than ten songs. Most other artists these days seem to include twelve or so tracks. The Go-Betweens seem to have been fixed on ten since Before Hollywood. While I look forward to any new material, is there is something magical about the number ten? |
