I don't quite know, Todd, but if they come back to Australia, I'm sure Amanda, Lindy and John will come along for the ride, making it the first appearance of this line-up of the Go-betweens in seventeen years. | ||

More immediate question: who the hell will be releasing "Ocean's Apart" in Australia. I've heard a rumour that a very major company were in negotiation with the band for its local release but I won't say which or who my source was to protect myself from further public humiliation. Brook, I'm not being condescending or saying I know more about the band, nor am I saying that David Nichols' book is the final authority on the history of the Go-Betweens, but I suggest you read certain later chapters of the book to give you an idea on the delicate nature of the relationships between members of the original line-up and why the possibility of them playing together again is unlikely. | ||
