I haven't been watching Olympics coverage, as it's not my thing, but I have at least been following the banner headlines, and it just seems to be one F'd-up thing after another...or (a question for those who are tuned in) is it more that the media focusing on the bad stuff? | ||

Ha! Just the subject title of this thread cracked me up. I haven't been following the Olympics too closely either, Allen, but I do know the Chinese girls gymnastics team looks like there ain't a teen in the bunch. The American girls look like a wrestling team by comparison. As an aside, I read that Michael Phelps eats 12,000 calories PER DAY! For those of you playing at home, that's equivalent to three Chinese gymnasts each and every meal! | ||

It just seems sort like one of those cheesy horror movies where bad things keep happening in a house because it was built on a sacred burial ground...and this one of course had clouds over it way before the opening ceremony. | ||
