For those of you lucky enough to be in Brisbane: Robert & Grant will be playing a short set at the legendary Rocking Horse Records on Sunday 1st May at 2pm. |

If they are in Australia anyway over the next few weeks why are they not playing shows in Sydney, Blue Mountains, Melbourne etc? And I can't believe there are no shows in Ireland. Ireland is full of G-Betweens geeks and freaks. |

Very funny, button down. I wish I could be there. In fact, I just might be. |

I wish I could go to this one. Haven't yet seen an instore at the relocated Rockinghorse store, and an April 30 flight out of Brisbane means I won't anytime soon either. |

The Go-Betweens album launch party at the Moon Bar was great last night. They played: Here Comes the City Finding You Born to a Family Bye Bye Pride Robert was playing a Maton Flamingo, which looked/sounded quite spiffy. I can't remember if they played another two songs or not. Ed Kuepper was playing down the street with Jeffrey Wegener so it was a big night! So it seems that the Australian release of Oceans Apart is May 1. |

Following the instore you should all jump on the 190 and go and see Even As We Speak play an afternoon set at Ric's in Fortitude Valley. They are being supported by Matt Love's new project the Rusty Halos. |

Does anyone know if Lindy Morrison, Amanda Brown and John Willsteed joined them for the in-store show? Lindy told me she has to go up there for a memorial, and John, of course, lives in Brisbane. Come on, Rob and Grant, you've well and truly buried the hatchet by now!!! |

Brook, I doubt anyone is interested, least of all Lindy, Amanda or John Willsteed who was in the band for 5 minutes. |
