I love the bit where Grant says "Take it away Bobby" and the camera pans to Adele!

Featuring the German drummer they had on tour after Rachel Worth... he was out of the group by the time they were back in the US and heading back to Australia.

Must've been the glasses.

That drummer with the specs reminds me of the time when I saw Robert play at Fleadh festival 10 or 11 years ago, he had a guitarist / keyboard player who looked really cool, looked a bit like james spader, anyone know where he cam from/went?

that gig was beautiful actually as Grant popped onto the stage for a rock n roll friend, and when they had finished, there was a gap in the back stage curtains, and then robert opened up the one side of the curtain, at that point as they made their way together through the opening, they put their arms round each other's shoulders, and walked down the steps at the back of the tent quite touching, I was a the front, everyone else had buggered off to the guiness tent!

yeah, that are nearly 30 minutes of real joy. sometimes, just because there is so much music out there, i tend to forget why i love the music of the go-betweens. these clips reminded me why.
the drummer is matthias strozda who was on tour with robert forster and later with the go-betweens, but guy ewald said that above. and how ''young'' they were! can't remember seeing robert ever playing in a t-shirt (from other music)(btw: a couple of weeks ago i ordered a don van vliet book including some of his later paintings and poems and with a foreword by pj harvey at that new york record store other music, if anyone is interested they just have a few copies left).
like the other Andreas said: that made my day. thanks eric!

Good ol' Misha (who posted the clips). He doesn't post here much, but he's a GBs fan's best friend. Thanks for the heads up, Eric.
