The Postcard single came in one of two variants: brown sleeve/brown label and white sleeve/yellow and red label.

Both tracks have subsequently been included on '78 til '79 The Lost Album in 1999 and on Send Me A Lullaby - Expanded Edition in 2002. I Need Two Heads was included on 1978 to 1990 in 1990.
